What motherboard will you be using for this 3 way crossfire?
What is the budget?
If this is for gaming, I would say get a single GPU as most games do not scale well, or don't support Crossfire/SLI.
i will use crosshair v formula mainboard
but rx480 can only 2 way crossfire so i also need 3way crossfire or 4 way
You also need motherboard that supports 3-way Crossfire and good enough PSU 1000-1200W.
I would really not bother with this though and get single GTX 1080 instead or wait for GTX 1080 Ti next month.
You have crapload of less problems with single powerful graphics card then with Crossfire and especially 3-way Crossfire. In some games it doesnt even work properly at all.
RX 480 supports both 3-way and 4-way Crossfire.
It's the GTX 1070, 1080 and TitanX Pascal that support only 2-way SLI.
GTX 1070, 1080 and TitanX Pascal all support 2-way SLI, cheaper cards like GTX 1060 and GTX 1050, 1050 Ti do not support SLI at all.
Wait for March 2. AMD launches entire line of their new Ryzen CPUs and also new motherboards for them.
Buying the current 5 years old AMD tech would be pointless.
A300 and A320 are cheapest budget boards that wont overclock CPUs.
B350 is medium range budget board that can overclock.
X300 and X370 are high end overclocking motherboards.
Their estimated price range starts from $150 but vendors may add their own to that, remains to be seen.

SLI compatible boards are usually also Crossfire compatible.
The MSI GAming Pro Carbon X370 board they had in this article has three PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots for graphics cards so it's pretty safe to say it's 2-way SLI and 3-way Crossfire compatible.
