Cheap Graphics Cards
I need a cheap yet reliable graphics card. Any suggestions?

GTX 1050 Ti, would not go cheaper then this unless you find some used older generation card that is more powerful for cheap.
There is GTX 1050 but that has only 2 Gb VRAM and 1-2 Gb VRAM cards are pretty much on their way out.
AMD's RX 470 has better performance then GTX 1050 Ti but is also about $30-40 more expensive.
RX 460 is weaker then GTX 1050 and quite rubbish for modern games.

Personally, I would do anything less than a GTX 1050

GTX 1050 Ti; anything older is pretty pointless given how cheap these are.

I might sell my old ps3 tbh. I've seen them with 50+ games going for over $500 on eBay.

You'll be so much happier waiting and saving for a good card. Even if you can only save enough for a 1050 .... Or even a 1060 it'll totally be worth it.

Few months ago I updated an older gaming rig from a 8800 GTS to an r7 240 and was only like 60 bucks. It was an OK upgrade. But then decided on a GTX 1060 6GB and it was an amazing upgrade. Definitely worth the $250. Save! Save! Save!
