I was wondering how is the watercooling built in on this case?

You will get better luck just upgrading your CPU to a Kaby Lake Intel one (or AMD Ryzen, when it comes out) than buying a super expensive cooling solution. It's not worth it when the performance ceiling is still so low.

Whats your max CPU temp under 100% loads?
If it's staying under 60*C then it should be fine.
If you are not liking the AMD supplied liquid cooling unit, get one you prefer.

Getting such a Case with LC already inside, isn't really a good idea, and to be honest, makes zero sense.

under load 70. Well i was under the impresion that if the case is good and has a great liquid cooling system I would purchase it.
