my HyperX Cloud II treble problem! PLEASE HELP!

i just bought HyperX Cloud II a few days ago.. but when i use it on PC (the soundcard included) the treble are too high.. when i use it with my phone, the sound's different from the PC, the sound is more good on my phone.
im using windows 7 and i dont find anything to change its sound (treble & bass etc)
the realtek audio or sound settings or anything. i already tried for hours and the treble still same.

any suggestion?

Install the official Realtek HD Audio Drivers and then such options are there; such as full Equalizer and Virtual Surround.
