Then go get all your official drivers?
Chipset, Audio, LAN, GPU... from the chipset makers sites.
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Here is a list of the Drivers you need for your config:
AMD Motherboard Chipset[support.amd.com]
^Click "Optional Downloads" for just Chipset Driver
Realtek GBE Wired LAN[www.realtek.com.tw]
VIA HD Audio[download.viatech.com]
AsMedia USB 3.xx Driver[dlcdnet.asus.com]
Samsung Magician (SSD Driver & Software)[www.techspot.com]
^Once installed, install the RAPID Driver from within Magician app.
Ensure DirectX Runtimes get installed too, now since you have some newer games (like GTAV) you can install it from that game folder, as that game has that already on-hand in its game folder: \\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\
_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\DXSETUP.EXE
If you are using NVIDIA 378.49 Driver, please ensure to update this further to address many bugs, using the latest Driver Hotfix Update 378.57: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4378
there is your clue: for gaming to work properly, get a 7200rpm hdd. a 5400rpm-5900rpm is only good for data storage.
old chipset that support only SATA1 & 2 and slow WD Green neutralized use of SSD - it just works in a quarter of its capacity, if you had just two WD Black you get about the same performance, and maybe more
from personal experience I can say that the newer drivers slower than the old ones ... but you have no choice - old drivers do not support the W10
It is true that his SATA Chipset is only SATA-II (3Gbps) but that should be fine.
I've used newer SSDs in older Laptops that only have SATA-II and that was never an issue.
All his hardware supports Win10; but you have to get the Drivers elsewhere.
Motherboards and PreBuilds will cease support after 1-3 years usually.
Thats why I linked all the Drivers.
I followed all those steps and it is like before, nothing changed.
I tried to move the games on the ssd and it's the same. it just startup faster.
Thanks anyway :)
On a side note never defrag a SSD, make sure even auto/scheduled defrag if it is set up is turned off for the SSD.
Also one big thing since you have a new install of windows have you gone and turned off the peer to peer update thing win 10 now uses where they use yuor computer to give updates to other peoples computers. Since those games you listed are mostly online games that peer to peer can have a big effect.
Go to Settings>Update & Security>Windows Update>Advanced options>Choose how updates are delivered>Updates from more than one place = Off.
I've seen people report that alone causing them 1000+ms lag spikes.
Highly recommend anyone that does online gaming to go and turn this off pronto.
I did the defragment not long time ago. For the p2p updates i disabled them but my problem isn't about connection but about fps and lag spikes mostly.
