I can't stress how good Cherry MX is in terms of build quality and reliability.
With that said, I have no idea about Greentech. But Cherry MX is what I like to call as "Triple T" which is Tried, Tested and Trusted.
So you know you can't go wrong with Cherry.
Absolutely, I've had nothing but great experiences with them and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I was just curious to know who Greentech are, since DAS offers both Greentech and Cherry version of their keyboards.
The thing however is most reviews are based off a week or two of usage. And in case of switches its important how long do they last in real-world usage. I know for a fact that Cherry lasts way longer than Kailh and the other ones. So I'm usually skeptical in trying out other switches.
The colors are part of Cherry's patented design.
A blue switch from Cherry would not be the same switch as from another manufacturer.
Watch that, as other "blue" switches are not MX Blue switches. MX Blue belongs to Cherry. Anything similar named is simply following the leader, and for good reason.
