Ill try to return this ****
It could be an issue with your Win7 being outdated.
PDP says all their Xbox One controllers when used on PC use the official Microsoft drivers. There are just cheaper cause Wired Only; they are backed by Microsoft as far as all the ® goes. But wired only is why they are cheaper.
The Microsoft 360 wired controllers are fairly cheap ($15-20)
Well i did read that xbox one controller drivers works on win7 64 bits so.. i guess its only about the controller and not my pc :/
PDP is one I just didn't know about; I read more into those and those are licensed by Microsoft and use their Drivers.

How you "change" the driver like that way; first go in Device Manager and locate the installed controller and Uninstall it from there, when asked, select "Remove Software" (i forget the exact words) that follow after clicking Uninstall on such a device as that, this remove the Drivers/Software from the system.
Then leave the Controller connected, go to Windows Updates, set that as "Check for Updates Only" and then click Check for Updates and see what it finds. The Xbox One Controller Driver is usually under Optional.
Ensure you are allowing Driver Installs for Windows Updates, or it won't work.
You can disable that feature again after the install, to ensure it doesn't try to auto update other things like your GPU, etc.
Just don't damage the packaging.
