Ample upgradation to run CS GO

I have Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz with Intel HD Graphics, 4 GB RAM.
Motherboard - Gigabyte H61M-S2P-B3 (Socket 1155).
Could anyone suggest me a good low budget GPU that I can install in my DDR3 2.0 PCI slot, that could give me 100+ fps. (I currently get average of 25 FPS at 1024×768 resolution).
Also, will increasing the CPU RAM help? I have a budget of 5K

Those come in a higher price range here. I can afford a Graphic card upto the price of GT 710 or 730

Your best bet is to save up some money. The gtx1050 ti is the best budget graphic card you can get your hands on. But if that's too expensive then save up for at least a 750 Ti

4 gigabytes is a bit low system Ram wouldn't hurt to go 8 gigs

Yeah....I was actually plannig to add up another 4 gigs RAM. I suppose that shall give me a little better gameplay. Then I shall save for GTX 750 Ti

Used GTX 660, 750ti, 760, or better, and you are good to go. You do have a PSU with a 6pin power, right?

I have a 4 pin ATX. Just mentioned my motherboard model on top 👆

Your PSU has those, not your mainboard.

if its only a 4pin, thats for the CPU power connector on the motherboard, not graphics cards
If your PSU doesnt have a 6pin PCI-E connector you will be limited with what you can get.

All thats printed on my PSU is ATX 20 pin, ATX +4 pin and ATX 4 pin (12V CPU). No 6 pin connector

Then you need a GPU that does not require additional power connector - plenty of 750ti on the market, and they will be decent for csgo.
