Its not really false advertising just misleading, by installing a 3,5 inch HDD you will lose access to one 5,25 ich and one 2,5 inch bay.
Second, just watched an unboxing video, and I'd be royally pissed if I bought the case on the assumption it has 2 3.5" drive bays and 3 2.5" drive bays. It does indeed count the 2.5" screwholes in the 3.5" bays as separate bays. So the correct numbers are:
Through the use of converters, you'd still be able to fit 9 2.5" drives in there. Not too shabby.
