What? NO. The GTX 780 Ti is even weaker than GTX 1060. There's absolutely no way GTX 780 can be between GTX 1060 and GTX 1070. GTX 1060 6Gb is up to 100% faster than GTX 780. When the GTX 780 is not constrained by its 3Gb VRAM the GTX 1060 will be 40% faster.

Also doesn't make sense, 400w PSU for GTX 780 and i7-2600. You are pushing it.
You compare it only on one game where each game has other priorities.

You pick one game Doom that is weird asf.. and no one has idea what that game needs, BF4, Crysis3, Metro last light... these are the games that say much because of the graphics and not Doom. If you would learn a bit about game creation watch some live videos that have about 2-3h each then you would know the scratch of games. Multiplication of textures is the best option to not ♥♥♥♥ the VRAM to death. There are games that still look better than Crysis 3 and use 2x less Vram.. why? Optimization?

For uneducated out there, a Ti is a much better product at much higher cost. You don't compare them because you think Ti is just a marketing name... A GTX 780Ti was $699 at launch and GTX 780 is $499 when the GTX 780 Ti launched, see where I'm jabbing? You probably won't see too many GTX 780 vs GTX 1060 video because they don't belong to same class, GTX 780 is completely curb stomped by GTX 1060.

That's complete non-sense. 780 Ti is only about as good as GTX 980. The whole 700 series was a joke, and quite weak. Once more of a joke, 780 and 780 Ti having 3GB VRAM. 780 should have all had 4 or 6 GB easy, to shine well. The 780 6GB actually did ok, but not for its price-point of nearly $550-600 when new. Oh but the 760/770 having 4GB? Seriously NVIDIA were off their rocker when they designed that lineup.
I will explain you what TI gpus are, Ti gpus are chips not graphiccards and ti stands for a fully build chip.
I had a 1080 and i'm sure i had more graphiccards than you in my hands.

I'm selling all my sht what i bought over the years, all gets sold, my monitors and so on. I guess i will leave the DELL monitor, because 43" and 4K, can use it as a TV and Monitor at the same time instead of selling it for 700 Euros or something... we will see... need to sell my creative x7 amp and buy a better ppv amp. If i want to play games i would buy a 1080ti not a 980ti :) i have the money for it, even for tripple SLI 1080ti AMP Extreme, but for what? Wait 12Months and the value of these drops by 50%? Playing vs kids that troll ingames and mess up the game experience for others? I'm good with Full HD and minimal settings.

And Damian by also trolling you dont make it better. Good luck building in 5 GTX 780 in one computer. Even if a 5 Way SLI would be possible it is of course very cost effective and produce as much heat that we woulnd need to consider it. Also good luck building in 3 1080 Ti Amp Extrme while they only support 2 way dual SLI... BUt even then there is nothing like shattering and microlag with 5x GTX 780...
One thing to absolutly tell that you really pushing it, if the GTX 780 would beat a 1060 and only cost 60€ so why can anybody sell everything below the 1060 at all? And yes 250W for GPU and another 95W for an i7-2600 makes the PSU real short. Also that price for an i7-2600 for 56€ means you need to bargain alot for a 2nd hand CPU. Its ok when you want cheap stuff and ok with used stuff but cant generally recommend espacially with CPU's.
And Big Boom also was right when he said Doom is complicated. You can run Doom with more then 30 FPS with the Intel HD 630 of the i7-7700K... But some GPU's already have troubles in running it.
Then on the other hand I dont understand when you say low graphic 1080p that you not consider a used 1050 or 1050 Ti which is also cheaper in ppv then the 1080 and more then enough to do the job...
