MY PC'S GRAPHIC CARD FAN IS NOT SPINNING CORRECTLY.

I have a Nvidia Geforce 9400 Gt, worked perfectly fine, then out of the blue, it didn't start when I booted my pc up. After waiting it started to spin again, but after 5-7 minutes it stopped. Yet again, this hasn't happened before and I really need help :(

Things break when they get old. You can try to find a replacement fan, or just get a new card.

Its time to get a new GPU
With how ancient that card is the fan probably gave out, finally.

I suppose you could go on newegg or another site and buy a small GPU fan to replace it if you want to still use it though..

I am limited on a budget. Can you guys find a cheap yet good graphics card for me?

What price range? Have a look at the GTX 1050 or 1050ti. Entry 1080p cards for great value.

Well..

Newegg has a 9400GT 1GB for $80

a 750 Ti 2GB and 4GB for 99-114, which is a large step up from a 9400GT

But your best bet would be a GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti
Or even an AMD R7 240 which is more than enough to beat a 9400GT
Or an RX 460 2GB

There are plenty of choices for decent prices that far over power a 9400GT
But considering the powersupply you may have, an AMD card may be out of the question as they tend to have nearly double the power requirements of an NVIDIA card.

we need to know your exact budget though to be of more help

Even the upcoming GT 1030 <$80 would outperform your card.

You can get some gtx 1050's for just under $100 (rebates put em at $79). On amd's side the rx 460 is about the same price.

Just get a 730 for thirty bucks. Odds are the rest of your PC can't handle the more powerful stuff anyway.

Edit: apparently they're running out and prices are climbing on these again...

Ok. I thought the marketers would have added a benchmark to get the consumers hyped for its great performance.

Prob like all the other very low end dedicated gpus, slightly more performnace than integrated solutions so modern games prob won't run well at all.
