Is it worth buying Asus VP228H for CSGO and DOTA 2?
It has 1ms response time and 170/160 viewing angle @ 60Hz with fullhd?

Yep, although with 4k 144Hz coming soon from Acer, I don't think 360Hz or even 600Hz monitor is that far off for 1080p.

You could also search for DP2414, it's another Korean Monitor with 1080p 144hz 24" TN monitor at <$200.

Ty but reviews say it won;t work on anything below GTX 650(what if all I had was onboard graphics due to GPU malfunction). Also it is not available in my region.

Those Korean monitors are never available through normal channel, you need to search for them on ebay, amazon and newegg.
