Small bubbles in my monitor ???
2 weeks ago, i became owner of Asus PG279Q... so far happy with it - but it have 2 problems .
1st is BLB, im very well informed about that, no questions here ...
2nd problem - i noticed my monitor have small bubbles in it- there are like 7,8 of them . What's source of that ? Most of them are smaller than 1 mm, but there 's one big 2-3 mm abd one slightly smaller than that . I was thinking it's some kibd of dirt; or maybe i caught at my mobitor; but it isb't so .

Return it.

Sounds like faulty quality control on that particular one and the tinted film is coming off.

ASUS is well known for their bubbles / black dots on monitors - if thats what you're talking about.... if there are more than 8 then you can "refund/replace" it

Your monitor's screen is pushed up against the layer behind it. This can happen when too much pressure is applied to the screen surface (among other reasons). Take a light cloth and gently rub the bubbles until they dissapear. If you can't get rid of them, you should be able to get it replaced or fixed with your warranty.

Unless u are bound by a 14-15 day return warranty; just return and exchange for another.

When you purchased the Asus PG279Q monitor, brand new... did you remove the protective film covering the monitor screen?

If it's not the anti-glare filter, but rather just a plastic cover over the screen. It should have a tab on the corner and easily be peeled off. It's just part of the box packaging in that case.

As for BackLight Bleed:

Run in full screen and check how much the corners of the monitor glow when looking directly straight on at it. If it's all glowing, then just turn down the monitor brightness/contrast. If certain areas glow a lot more than others coming from around the edge, then that is likely blb.
