[SOLVED]Any fix for Windows 10 LiveKernelEvent 141
SOLUTION:

I replaced my GPU with an older but slightly weaker GPU and the pc ran fine for over a month. My problem is not the same to other people but it was an old faulty card. My card is so faulty it overclock itself too much over its OC limits up to 1644MHz when its only capable for 1244MHz safely. It is really weird. I am currently trying to get it to work again by downclocking it with MSI Afterburner but I can only downclock it by 108 MHz max and I believe that wont be enough.

ORIGINAL POST:

A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

Specs on my Steam profile, btw that is overclocked specs I use. Tried Stock clocks and etc as well and problem still happens with underclocking as well.

(Problem started 3 weeks ago and moved on to when gaming. Games end up freezing and I can still hear in game sound. Game image freezes but I can ALT TAB and can ALT CNRL DEL and sigh out and back in. I cant end tasks because mouse cursor does not pop up when alt tabing or using altcnrldel. Freezing happens randomly, can happen in 10 mins or even 3+ hours. Problem on accures when gaming. Can roam desktop, watch videos and even x265 encoded videos, listen to music, browse internet, watch youtube, watch twitch, watch netflix and do whatever a normal pc can do until I start gaming)

Solutions I have tried:

Underclocking the entire pc.
Uninstalling and reinstalling latest and old drivers. Tried out 3 different driver versions.(Current version is 381.89)
Checked for overheating after an hour of gaming and getting 70C on GPU and 62C on CPU.
This Windows does not update, got a code from a friend's company for the LTSB version of Windows 10.
Took out and RAM, GPU and reseated it countless time. Made sure all fans are spinning in pc. Made sure all connectors are connected right.
PC is clean and lacks any dust.
CPU Thermal paste is replaced not too long ago with the right paste.
Plugging in and out the HDMI cable.
Uninstalling MSI Afterburner.
Installing no 3D Nvidia software when installing the graphics driver.
Googling and opening over 30 pages with people of same problem and no fix for me.

Should I just chuck this entire pc the bin and buy a new one for $3000?

Thanks in advance for any help.

have you run any stress tests to find out if its your hardware causing the problem?

Well playing games for 1-3 hours to test heat is all I did so technically no stress tests. Could you possible help me by telling me which software must I buy to test this out?

It sounds like a software issue. The game freezing and but the OS keeps running and you are still able to do ALT-TAB.

The system doesn't crash so it is probably a driver or Windows that is broken.

I am going to run the stress tests first and if nothing happens during any of that I am going to reinstall windows like you suggested :). I am actually running the second newest version of this windows 10. Will download the latest one from Microsoft and throw it again on my usb. The version with the Creator's Update.

Ok thanks :)

Anything I should take note of or pictures of during these stress tests? Will my pc just bomb out during it then I know its that specific hardware issue?

It will probably just crash (Do take a pic when memtest is done if you are having trouble reading the interface) but even if it crashes we can not be sure if it is a hardware or software issue.

with prime 95 if the system is stable it will keep running, if theres a problem the stress test will throw up an error and the stress test will end to preserve the system occasionally a BSOD if your overclocked cpu, best to run it stock, then try it with your overclock

Thank you. Well I will message back in about an hour. Downloading the gpu stress software taking a bit long but going to run GPU first then CPU and lastly RAM. I read best to run memtest up to 6 hours but I might leave it for one hour depending how the software actually works :).

I downclocked the cpu back to normal but it freezing even when not overclocking which is weird. Also disabled Intel Turbo Boost in my BIOS and still does it. Thanks

Memetest isn't stress test software, it has a RAM test option that will then write paterns of data to the RAM and see if it gets corrupted. Depending on how much RAM you have the test should take about 2 hours.

I am running 8gb. I guess 2 hours for that is fine? Learning new things. Luckily there is software like this for a while and I am going to get use to running them to test out other pcs once I get the hang of it.

It will run a couple of tests and it will finish on its own.
