[SOLVED]Any fix for Windows 10 LiveKernelEvent 141
SOLUTION:

I replaced my GPU with an older but slightly weaker GPU and the pc ran fine for over a month. My problem is not the same to other people but it was an old faulty card. My card is so faulty it overclock itself too much over its OC limits up to 1644MHz when its only capable for 1244MHz safely. It is really weird. I am currently trying to get it to work again by downclocking it with MSI Afterburner but I can only downclock it by 108 MHz max and I believe that wont be enough.

Specs on my Steam profile, btw that is overclocked specs I use. Tried Stock clocks and etc as well and problem still happens with underclocking as well.

(Problem started 3 weeks ago and moved on to when gaming. Games end up freezing and I can still hear in game sound. Game image freezes but I can ALT TAB and can ALT CNRL DEL and sigh out and back in. I cant end tasks because mouse cursor does not pop up when alt tabing or using altcnrldel. Freezing happens randomly, can happen in 10 mins or even 3+ hours. Problem on accures when gaming. Can roam desktop, watch videos and even x265 encoded videos, listen to music, browse internet, watch youtube, watch twitch, watch netflix and do whatever a normal pc can do until I start gaming)

Solutions I have tried:

Underclocking the entire pc.
Uninstalling and reinstalling latest and old drivers. Tried out 3 different driver versions.(Current version is 381.89)
Checked for overheating after an hour of gaming and getting 70C on GPU and 62C on CPU.
This Windows does not update, got a code from a friend's company for the LTSB version of Windows 10.
Took out and RAM, GPU and reseated it countless time. Made sure all fans are spinning in pc. Made sure all connectors are connected right.
PC is clean and lacks any dust.
CPU Thermal paste is replaced not too long ago with the right paste.
Plugging in and out the HDMI cable.
Uninstalling MSI Afterburner.
Installing no 3D Nvidia software when installing the graphics driver.
Googling and opening over 30 pages with people of same problem and no fix for me.

Should I just chuck this entire pc the bin and buy a new one for $3000?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am running 8gb. I guess 2 hours for that is fine? Learning new things. Luckily there is software like this for a while and I am going to get use to running them to test out other pcs once I get the hang of it.
It will run a couple of tests and it will finish on its own.
Ok cools thanks. Last question before I run these tests. Which should I stress test first? CPU, RAM or GPU?
Just use the most stable NVIDIA GPU Driver that works for you; there is zero reason to update driver every single time new one releases.

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-update/bcc116-bcc117-your-video-driver-has-stopped/fba02c53-7796-4166-83a2-9c44865c13af

Get TDR Manipulator and up the values; Win8/10 have too strict values by default for GPUs, and is usually why folks have GPU Driver issues.

Hey commenting this from my phone. I am running that Valley Benchmark Software for 20 minutes now. GPU is running at 1293 mhz for grahics and memory is at 3100 mhz.

Ran the benchmarks and got 36.1 fps and score of 1511. Was running the Extreme HD Preset. Should I just leave this running for 3 more hours and go out doing something and when I come back and no freeze yet assume Gpu is fine. Gpu temps are at 69C to 71C max on this software now for a while. Mainly 70C
Yeah just let it run for a while.
What about CPU, please monitor this as well.
Folks need to install things like OpenHardwareMonitor and just let it monitor everything, all the time. Then folks would know what everything is running at.

Heaven or Valley for hours makes no difference, if the GPU was unstable or going to overheat it would have already done so.

Run AIDA64 for a couple hours and see how that does.
It is a paid app, but all u need is to run the Trial
I ran that software yesterday and got 62c cpu and 72c gpu while running Dark Souls 3 for 1 hours.

What is your CPU and GPU model?

For NVIDIA 400 series or newer GPU; under 90*C is fine.
It's around 85-90*C or higher where this is generally too hot, and of course could lead to pre-mature faulty GPU overall, or start showing signs of instability within OS, 3D Apps.

And what you mean with "LTSB version of Windows 10"
Just install Win10 64bit Pro, no code... u don't need one.
GPU is a gtx 760 and cpu i7 4770k. I use to overclock the cpu but stopped after having these issues.
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB is what I am running. It doesn't come with all that extra crap like the other versions and you can turn off updates on it. To be honest ill rather run an activated windows.

What extra crap? And you can turn off anything in Win10 u want anyways, regardless of edition u have.

Run an activated Win10? For what? Unless u need things like Microsoft Store, it's not needed. It doesn't magically change how the OS works just cause it's activated. Just wont let u use that Store without OS being activated is basically all.

Overall, your CPU/GPU temps are perfectly fine. Under 80*C is cold for modern Intel CPUs.

Thanks. It uses less RAM actually and less space. Also my internet has limited bandwidth so I run that windows rather, cant stand automatic updates. I might decide to use the Store soon anyway. Once I can get this pc fixed I am going to maybe buy Forza Horizon 3

I am running prime95 and cpu stressing with it. Running CPUID HWMonitor and my CPU temps are now at 84C up to 92C. I guess this CPU is overheating now and it use to never does this when I played the crap out of Battlefield 1. I am going to take my cooler out and replace it with either a new one and replace the Termal Paste again.

Holy crap now it is reaching 98C on HWMonitor...

EDIT: 100C+

EDIT 2: PC hasnt really froze or anything. Still running fine and case is rather cool. No hot air and etc

Thermal throttling incoming! :P

It is definitely overheating.

Your PC wil not freeze when overheating but it will just shut down. So this isn't the thing that is causing you bluescreens or freezes.

Hahah lol! Ok I am turning it off. Screw this haha. The hottest it gets is actually Max at 100C and 87C average and min 75C.

EDIT: that was the torture test option of that software but when I game HWMonitor says 62C. I guess sometimes without constant monitoring it goes above that and then pc freezes.

Yeah I agree it is not overheating issue that is causing the games to freeze and then the pc still can be used but I am going to buy a $30 cooler just for the CPU

I do not know the name of this cooler but it is really old and guess broken because it is kinda slow by the looks for things. I will check for a Hyper 212 thanks :D, hopefully it is cheap, do not want to spend too much on coolers :D.

I am going to run that Memtest in a while after ordering two cpu coolers online, might as well get two for my brother and I. Also need to charge ps4 controlls not going to sit and watch pc monitor for 2 hours while it checks ram will check it every 5 mins.
