Most likely 1.4 but that doesn't matter. You can connect a HDMI 1.3 GPU to a HDMI 2.0 monitor with a 1.4b cable its all compatible. And it is only a 1080p screen so you do not have to worry about HDMI version.

The monitor comes with a DVI cable, so I'm not sure why you would use HDMI?

perhaps OP is just testing all video ports?

asus vc239 variant sold in the philippines has two free cables: 1 dvi and 1 vga included in the box.
