Appears the original website doesn't exist or has been removed. As for the UK one posing as it, it's most likely phishing and has a faked address.

I'd be a bit sceptical, I bought a copy of win 7 pro 64 from a site like that a couple years back.
Installed and accepted my key fine, but would not authenticate through Microsoft. $25.00 for an iso file, live and learn.

Keep in mind, you can use your current OS key to register Win10 if it hasnt been activated on Win10 before, Microsoft has been allowing this for some time and i even did it on my sons PC when i fresh installed 10 from 7 and used 7's key.

So i know it works.

If they ask your for personal information in order to validate your payment, such as a copy of a document showing your personal info, don't do it. It's not worth the risk.
