AMD freesync - G-sync

i have and Nvidia GTX960M Graphics card, and im about to buy this moniter AOC G2460VQ6, can i then use amd freesync og G-sync?

No, you can't use freesync if you have a Nvidia card.

You can't use freesync with an Nvidia card(althought there's nothing stopping Nvidia from supporting it aside from wanting to sell their own stuff), but G-Sync adds about ~$200 to a monitor.
Personally, I recently bought a Freesync version of a monitor because I had a ~$400 budget and I didn't want to get an overall lesser monitor just to have one feature. I wouldn't say it's a feature to consider if you're on a budget.

freesync/gsync is pointless when it comes to a 960M
its not powerful enough to maintain 60 even if it could work with freesync

No it is a Mobile GPU; monitor options dont work on that.

External GPUs = runs off the Intel GPU only
