On most 4K TVs, only 1 or a select few HDMI ports are actually 2.0, supporting 4K Input.
The rest will be older specs.
4096 x 2160 @ 24Hz or 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz
^ This can be correct. Most 4K TVs will not be 60Hz +
What, not sure what 3rd world country you live in then..!!
