Getting 100% Cpu usage on steam games
I'm just getting 100% or high usage on steam games whenever i launch them, its really weird, this happened to me awhile back and i actually posted a fourm but i can't find it anymore and i also didn't know the cause and fix. Any help please, thanks.
I also noticed this when installed Geforce experience to record some stuff but this was the very same reason why i uninstalled it, it was what was pulling the most usage (I think) i have uninstalled it but the problem still persists.
Usual usage 6% then jumps right to 100% when game is running

CPU: Intel i7-7700 CPU 3.6 Ghz
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1060 Gaming X
MOBO: MSI H270 Gaming M3
CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-ALPHA
RAM: Corsair Vengence 24Gb (3x8)
PSU: FSP Raider Edition 550w 80PLUS
Not Overclocked
(Scared that i might have a virus) But did a malware bytes scan and detected nothing
Taskmanger: 81 processes running, mostly MSI and Coratana stuff that i dont know how to remove

UPDATE: just installed the latest windows update, going to test now
(After Post) Still the same, i'm not sure how i fixed this last time?
Test 2: Playing some games to see if its the same as last time where all games were 100% usage (duckgame seems to be runnning fine without high usage)
Games that run on source engine have this problem?
More FISHINESS csgo is taking only up to 15-30% of usage while others are around 5-15% but it still comes up on taskmanager as 100% usage
EVEN WEIRDER PLAYER UNKNOWN BATTLE GROUND'S USAGE IS FINE AND DOESN'T CAUSE A SPIKE WTF
Even more weird i installed Advanced system care 10, and the usage of my cpu seems to be low where on taskmanager it says 100% maybe its wrong?

I don't know much, but maybe your Gpu is bottle necking your Cpu? So your cpu is trying its hardest to get the game running, but Gpu can't handle. Also are you overclocking~

That makes no sense at all.

the gpu is bottlenecking the cpu? not heard of that unless you connect the monitor to the MoBo and use the iGPU instead of the GPU.
And if you think logically then you know that this wouldnt make sense. How can a GPU bottleneck the CPU that it needs 100% of its load? Everyone with a high end cpu would have to run constantly at 100% load then because the GPU in high end gaming is the thing that bottlenecks the computer...
