the gpu is bottlenecking the cpu? not heard of that unless you connect the monitor to the MoBo and use the iGPU instead of the GPU.
And if you think logically then you know that this wouldnt make sense. How can a GPU bottleneck the CPU that it needs 100% of its load? Everyone with a high end cpu would have to run constantly at 100% load then because the GPU in high end gaming is the thing that bottlenecks the computer...
