Second, your playing on a laptop, what do you expect xD Of course your fans will get loud when your laptop needs to handle games.
What games are you playing?
Specs:
CPU
Intel Core i7 4700MQ @ 2.40GHz
GPI
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M
RAM
8
I play overwatch and csgo atm
Not much you can do other then blow it out to clean any dust out and maybe use a laptop cooler to help cool it a bit but don't expect miracles as they can only do a little.
If the laptop sits on your lap this is where those coolers shine as it helps to get more airflow and keep your lap cool but on a normal desk it won't be as useful other then maybe a better position for typing and such.
* Unless it didn't use to make so much noise playing the same games, then it might be a case of clogged fans or plugged up airducts. Find a (youtube) tutorial on how to take your brand and model apart and clean it.
