I want to upgrade my GPU i currently have a AMD R7 250 GB

I am looking for suggestions on what i should buy, My processor is a AMD FX 8320E.
I have a 350 watt power supply and will upgrade it as well. I am looking to buy something better but i also want to try to find something cheap.

Sorry to be blunt, but upgrading the GPU won't help much. The CPU will bottleneck you.

and 350W PSU limit your GPU choices also greatly...so the actual recommendation will be to get a whole new PC.

The R7 250 is such an underpowered card I'm almost certain it's actually holding back the FX8320E.

Here the R7 250 can hardly get playable framerates in Fallout 4 when paired with an FX6300 @720p.

I used to play Fallout 4 on a FX6300 and R9 380 setup it was very playable at max settings with shadows settings reduced to medium.

but even tho the FX-8320E has a lwoer base clock then the FX-6300 it still has more performance which every benchmark showed. The YT video only handles the better GPU because its way overclocked. So in that case it would make more sense to OC his FX instead of buying a worse one and OC that then... In both cases I wouldnt recommend to OC a FX core.

Upgrade your GPU, it will make a difference however you must balance the CPU and GPU performance. You can't get the best GPU on the market and expect it to perform without being bottlenecked by your CPU, if you know what I'm saying...
I recommend a RX 570 / GTX 1050 Ti. Check that your systems PSU is enough and that the GPU fits in your case. You could overclock your extra performance, still risky. This configuration should hold you some time by looking at the games in your steam library.
Your current GPU draws equal power as a 1050 ti, with the 470 (570) drawing only 20W more.

Long and short hairs of it is a gtx1050ti or 1060 or Rx 570 or 580 is going to be a huge improvement in all games even though you have an FX8320e.

I strongly suggest that you replace the psu with a good quality 520-650w seasonic, evga, corsair or xfx because the only card you'll be able to run on your current 350w psu is a gtx1050ti if the psu isn't a pop can with wires hanging out of it aka crap.

RUBBISH!!! GPU upgrade is very necessary for your build, subsequently you will need a new PSU to support the GPU. The rest of ur pc is just fine. If budget is a concern then amd is the way to go, the RX 470 n 480 perform several times their price point
