My wifi TP LINK TL-WN821N isnt working when plugged into my PC

So i bought a wifi connector to my PC, but the TP LINK Wirless Configiration Utility or the flashdrive is working anyone used this thingy before also im on win10

Uninstall whatever you installed from TP-LINK
Then go download the latest driver for the device here, and then install it.

Please notice the V# drop-down list there; look on the actual device and it should state which version it is.
