[SOLVED]GeForce experience is not detecting my games

GeForce experience is not detecting my games, any solution ? I'm using V382.33, the latest version.

geforce experience only supports certain games and also need supported nvidia gpu.
if you lack either, then you are out of luck.

DDU out that 382.33 and use an older version; the new version does nothing for you if you don't have the games that the new driver has bug fixes for.

But when we spoke last time on Steam Chat, you said you had updated to 382.33 (when it was brand new) and you had said this about Geforce Experience not working / detecting Games; you went back to an older version and then stated everything was at that point working fine. So why not leave it at that? You're not doing yourself any favors but moving from one version to the next, especially versions that are so close together. If the new version doesn't actually "fix" anything for what you do, or have installed (like a new game for example) then it was pointless to update that driver/software.

Ive reverted to older driver v382.05. lets see what happens...

Ok, is it working? It doesn't work one day and not the next, if Geforce Experience doesn't detect all your installed Games, then the problem is elsewhere.

Honestly I would just ditch that app and never use it. Its one reason people down-vote on NVIDIA GPUs. However it's just an app. The GPU and Driver works perfectly fine otherwise. I don't even see why folks need that bloatware app. It's nothing special you can't do with something else, something better.

It's not the software, it's your machine. If was the software, we'd all have this issue.

GeForce experience is a joke. I don't use it. I simply go into the settings of each game and put the settings the way I like it ! Also with some laptops that both have NVIDIA and an Integrated card it sees the integrated card only, Just set ALL your programs to use by DEFAULT the NVIDIA card. Works fantastic!

On Laptop u just set NVIDIA CP to Prefer Max Performance and as Default GPU; and you're done.

I don't use it because I think that it's shovelware even more so because it now requires a logon.

Use the button that starts the check manually (if it still exists).

It might not be checking your games because you turned the checker off fully or partially, or changed the location of the games, or added a new drive, or <insert any one of a lot of reasons here>.

Please just give me some solution. The manual scan button says either scan failed or no games found.

Why on Earth would one want to use this useless program ? I personally can't help I am sorry - this program did come with my computer but when I saw that it wasn't setting my games the way I wanted it I removed it. There is simply no need for it. Especially when 1) Not all games are supported 2) Newer games can analyse your computer and give you the best settings according to your hardware.
