Should ı upgrade my amd fx 8350 and gtx 970?

Guys ı use my pc for only gaming and internet. Should i upgrade my amd fx 8350 and get ryzen or i9 etc? Or keep it? Also i have evga gtx 970. Should i wait next year for new generation gpu or get 1080 ti?
Currently i get 60 fps or more in most of games (1080 p btw) but when ı checked upcoming games i feel that ı cant not get these fps's. What you think?

Like the others said. Also, I don't think the 970 would be the right upgrade. The 970 is comparable with the 1060, or you can even go a bit higher to 1070 - or just get 1080Ti.

Clearly u havent read what he said. He currently has 970. u would get about 30% increase with 1070 and about 35-40% with 1080. im using 970 and still happy on 1920 res with all games.
cpu getin weak but still fine.
i would go intel but u would need mobo in that case. Intel Core i7-6900K, Intel Core i7-5960X, Intel Core i7-6950X, and few other i7 or one of xeons.
depends how much money u got and if ur mobo support ryzen, if not then u need new mobo anyway and in that case id reccomend intel. i got burned on amd. never again

Get a Ryzen 5 1600 or i7-7700k depending on your budget. Both are the best gaming CPUs in their respective budget ranges (1600 can be OC'd to 1600X performance, which equals a 7600k in gaming. I dont think I even need to explain the 7700k)

The 970 is still a decent card, so hold off until Vega/Volta.

Makes more sense to upgrade the CPU in my opinion. I would wait before upgrading the 970.

My older brother still has his MSI Gaming X (or Z, I don't exactly which) 970 for about two years, I think, so you can stay with yours for now until you decide to upgrade.

You could ask the same exact question every year. New stuff is always coming out. Up to you. If you do any partial upgrades go with gpu upgrade. Thats where you'll see the largest gains.

Upgrading cpu will not gain you much fps increase, as your current cpu is more than enough to support the gpu. If anything overclock it some till you start a new build/after upgrading gpu.

FX8350 and GTX 970 can play any AAA game on the market today at 1080p 60 fps .

Imho you got 2 options.

A . Keep the Gtx 970 and get an Ryzen 5 1600X which will DRASTICALLY increase your FPS in all games. You will have a much much smoother gameplay. You wont get those minimum FPS dips you get with your 8350 and your avg FPS will go up by a lot.

B. Wait for Zen2 and pair it with a GTX 1080 ti which will sell for 400-500$ by then.
