Is this laptop worth it for light-medium gaming (from Prison Architect, L4D2, PAYDAY2 to Subnautica, Tomb Raider & Dishonored)?

I'd say that's slightly over the budget for a specification but I know how expensive it can be in Australia compared to the UK and US markets. In terms of real world performance, the 960M will perform similarly to the GTX 750Ti for a good estimation of the benchmarks you will achieve.

It will be able to play Payday 2, L4D2, Prison Architect and other mid-range titles easily. It will even run The Witcher 3 at 1920x1080 and 1600x900 if you do not mind capping the framerate at 30FPS with RTSS. Buy a laptop cooling pad though as this particular laptop can hit high temperatures quickly.

Thanks. What of the new games like Siege, Division, Wildlands, Dishonored2, etc? Does this laptop make alot of noise as well, like fan noise?
The problem is, the 960M is rather weak.
It's barely on par with a six year old 560Ti:

Which is not powerful enough for games like Ghost Recon Wildlands or Dishonored 2.
