35C Idle 75C Max how is this ?
Ok I got the Thermalright AXP-200 Muscle for my i7 7700k.

With the Thermalright AXP-200 Muscle my idle temps are now 34 to 35C with only 75C max. It mainly staying around 66C to 70C when gaming.

Sadly a bigger fan https://www.amazon.com/Thermalright-TY-147A-140-noise-emission/dp/B00S84ACJO/ would not fit because it was to high and out of my case :(

The slim fan that came with the heatsink barely fit.

Too bad they don't make 140mm slim fans :(
I am surprised you are keeping your temps that low with a low profile cooler. If you can afford a new cooler you can probably also afford a new case.

Well I am thinking of returning this case and getting a different one maybe. Not sure yet if I want to go through all the trouble. :(

Do you know if they will ever make a small high profile Intel cpu cooler heatsink/fan that cools as well as the larger ones ? I would pay top dollar for that.

Noctua NH-L9i. Low profile means small not bad/ low-end. But just get a new case you can get decent ones like the corsair 200r for $50 those are about the same price as the Noctua NH-L9i.

True but will they ever make a 75mm or less heatsink/fan that cools as well as those or is that not possible ?

Also do they make slim 140mm fans like this ? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ICXH8XY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Just get a new case. That is what I would have done.

It might be a pain in the butt but that appears to me as the best and only option.

True I will think it over still have 20 days. Anyway when I bought the case I didn't realize 75mm would be too little height for a good cpu cooler :(

Those temps are fine. I prefer air cooling and bought the best air cooling gear I could find - Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler, Silverstone Raven 5 case, and STRIX GPU. For comparison, with 19C ambient temperature and heavy overclocks on CPU/GPU, my idle temps are 19C CPU, 30C GPU and load temps in gaming are 60C CPU, 67C GPU.

Not possible, Heatsink and even Radiator is all about real estate to disperse heat. They may squeeze out a bit more performance by using all copper fins but that would make them much heavier and not much better performance (that's why all coolers you see now have all Aluminium fins, Cryorig is making special editions with all copper fins but we will see if that's any good). With AIO you can mount the radiator on the side depends on the case and it would help SFF immensely.

With this AIO do I need to know anything about water cooling to use easily? How difficult is it to setup ?

Could it ever leak ?

Also should my fan on my heatsink, right now, be blowing air toward or away from the heatsink ?
