Radeon Problems (Help)

so im trying to update my rx 470 to the 17.4.4 or the 17.5.2 update and it doesnt let me

Let me explain:

I already did the Uninstall Utility and ♥♥♥♥ and downloaded all the drivers again
so when im im in the process of downloading the AMD Display drivers and all that other ♥♥♥♥

I get an error that says: Error 1603
so i view the error log and it says the AMD Display Adapter FAILED and so did the AMD Settings

but the rest says succeded

how do i fix this?

Download and use DDU app to remove the GPU drivers. Once you have started DDU app use the drop down menu to select "safe mode" then just keep pressing next.

I did the DDU thing and download all of it again, i also usede the AMD Cleaning ♥♥♥♥

so i did the DDU thing im currently installing everything
