you have a micro-atx board. the nzxt s340 is a compact atx mid-tower.
Will they fit in my mobo??
you can hide them in the back of the pc case (not your pc case but you get the idea)

Will they attach to my mobo??
Does my mobo have slots for it
cables from almost any pc case, if not all, are 'standard': power on, reset, led lights, usb 2.0, usb 3.0 (with usb 2.0 adaptor) depending on the case, hd audio.
I've gone over all this with u as per your questions; ATX PSUs, Boards, Cases all have comply with compatibility standards so they all work together.
Unless it's an OEM prebuild, that is always questionable; u really dont have anything to worry about.
