How about Phantasy Star Universe?!
I think the most of u will know Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus and all who played that game will sure be big fans of the Series... Why not bring a classic SEGA game back to life on steam? Would it be such a big thing to run an Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus server on Steam with a buyable version in store? I think this would be great and I think it would have some retro aspects too! I loved the game mechanics and I loved to play it with my friends but as all of you know the servers for PC version are down. There were several private servers out there trying to get a stable version but most of them failed...

I see so many old fashioned games brought back to life by steam so I really would love to have one of my favourite games playable again :D

I would totally buy that :P

would like to see that too... Since SEGA is one of the key publisher...if there is more people reporting this post they may notice..

They shut it down for a reason, it wasn't profitable for the PC. SEGA isn't going to bring it back.

It was not profitable for them that's right but if Steam launches a server without a monthly fee I think more people would play it. Server costs aren't as high as back then and if they got it as a classic game on steam and u can play it online with ur friends they would make their money and I bet you would agree with me that steam network does not have any problems to host a server or not? And it still would be great 'cause Phantasy Star Universe was a great game!

Steam doesn't host servers for games. Valve hosts their own servers for their own games. All the free to play MMOs you are seeing on steam is just a way to download the client. Even if valve wanted to SEGA would have to give them the ok. It would never happen.

SEGA pls give ok to that! xD

why dont make it a single player game but have multiplayer features in it...and just paying only for the game... a one time payment without monthly sucription fees i think that will perk up players...pls look to this suggestions SEGA. since its an old game... it should not have much problem giving the game to steam
