PaySafeCard payment option in Croatia

Official Website of PaySafeCard has a list of compatible games that can use PaySafeCard system and one of them is Steam,but Steam doesnt shows it in Steam Store Checkout and I really want to buy games and stuff on Community Market but I dont want to risk any Steam changing region actions.
So please Steam add PaySafeCard payment option in Croatia

I think it should work when Croatia replaces kunice for euro neuro. But don't look foreward to it. For example: you'll pay 11 € for paysafe card to end up with 10 € on Steam and then you are left with 1 : 1 / EUR : USD prices that devlopers exploit to get as much as they can from sales.

Therere are a lot of online stores that offer cheaper steam game keys and allow you to pay with USD. Steam is becoming one of the more expensive platforms for buying steam games in Europe.

I know for sites like G2Play,Kinguin,etc... and i buy some games from there but I want to buy stuff on Community Market and games that are on Steam Sales which are cheaper than CD Keys in online stores.And the problem is that I cant buy much stuff online becaues I have no credit card so PaySafeCard is my only good payment option
