Steam In Game Spectating :)

So, I've had this Idea for a while now and I think It would be cool to spectate people WHILST they're In game. It may be Multiplayer and Single Player, You can also chat whilst spectating to give them tips or help them out with a bit that they're stuck In [For single player obviously]
and this can also support steam voice chat
AND It gives you a notification when someone Is spectating you and you can chat with them whilst playing [Single player, not too sure about multiplayer]
There can also be some options, Like If you don't want to be spectated whilst In game? No problem, you can turn It off or something like that.

So in other words how onlive lets people spectate any game someone is playing? I would love that, I mean there are games I hate playing, but love watching people play, especially people who know how to play it, I am 110% on board with this.

I really like the idea. Would be great if steam can handle that.
But about the online thing - Maybe spectating allowed, but just seeing, what the player sees too. Because like 60 % of the games here are online!

Yeah, that makes more sense SoulPrinni :)
Also, I wanted to to the fact that you don't have to have the game to spectate them In, you could just do It In a window or something.
