if gamespy sold games it supported id sighn up an spend my money there for the same game but it works. dont be stupid like ea. where you spend your time being the best racer in the world then oh no more online. not just raceing all ea games. if developers are going to make competitive role playing games with a deadline then game content shouldnt be limited and you shouldnt have to work to earn nothin you should just enjoy the game at its full potential til its done. wanna tell me some crap about the evolution of gameing flush your own games

funny how you talk about evolution yet fail to see its fulfilment. I see it as the begining yet the gaming indistry is not a single game. there are artists and then there are producers. valve produces games; they bring the games they think you will wont, and capitalize on what is popular. a buisness that brings together artists developers and canpains the image or advertices their product to us the consumer. yes valve suports valve yet those who buy there product suport them as well for without that they would be nothing.

You are not suggesting anything that pertains to Valve. Games lose user-base over time. It's what happens. Valve can't do anything about it. Take up your concerns with the developers or the publishers that finance them.
