Is there any rpg like games where your an alien on earth and you can either help,destroy,or toy with earth.

I was just thinkin of that one game a while back in the early 2000,Mars attack or something like that was the game where you can mind prob people and fun stuff like that. It would really be fun to have an open world to either help,destroy, or just toy with the living creatures on earth, if someone knows a game like this please help a brotha out.

yeah thats the game i was talkin about where i got the idea but its not exactly what i wanted thanks anyway.
