I would worry less about music and worry more about your account getting hijacked, inventory stolen, and VAC banned for cheating if you use the scam website you are advertising in your profile name.

And you'd be instantly blocked by many and if in casual games I expect an instant vote to kick the moment you start broadcasting music. That's not me making assumptions that's me talking from experience. If I wanted to listen to music whilst I play I'd already be listening to my music, the music I like to listen to not what some rando wants blast my eardrums with

Valve licenses the music for use in the Kits and the feature you want is not how that license works. It would cost Valve much more to license music your way.
