Regional pricing for Dominican Republic, into the LATAM region

Your regional price is the LATAM price.
Regions with poor economic values are not given their own region due to the low to non existent value of their currency on the global markets.
Improve your economy, then maybe you can get your own pricing region.
1 Dominican Peso (if thats the right currency) is worth 0.017 USD, that's less than 2¢ USD.
Turkey had a better economy and they lost their regional pricing.
