Broken progress bar

As of right now, bottom progress bar in main Steam form is functionally broken - it does not display any information to the user but mostly random numbers depending on the number of games in your library waiting for update. It can be 99% in a minute but you'll need to wait for another half an hour for download to finish that last 1%. It can be 67% at 200 mb out of 23000 mb download simply because there was some other 10mb update from another game that was first in download order. It is a broken feature that needs fixing.
The progress bar should revert to displaying current download progress or be gone otherwise.

And just noticed - the bar remains to be blue - which in every other iteration within download manager is responsible for download progress, not installation progress it was changed to - that one is green. This was such a sloppy change in the UI...
