To be honest, your friend should just block those players whenever it happens. I've never played the game, so I'm making assumptions, but it might be best for your friend to go in with people she knows and trusts in a pre-made group to avoid the trolls.
I'm just giving a suggestion to at least make CS2 more user-friendly to a certain extent.
playing with friends is one of the solutions at the moment, but nobody can always be there 100% to accompany them in playing.
And also this system flawed so much, if there's 2 trolls teaming in a game, they can't be kicked as well.
