Both Black Desert and Steam to be run with Admin Privileges

This create a vulnerability that allow access to the target computer

All you need to to bribe a moderator or admin at Pearl Abyss or Valve

It's funny I saw an incident where a player acted suspiciously and tried to find my location
He was stealthy about it

He asked my friend's location, then about her mayor
Then he asked if me and my friend know each other in real life

The same guy asked weird question about the German leader of WW2 on a different forum (Discord) so it would be hard to trace his suspicious activities

The fun part is I had taken 6 screenshot AND written contemporary notes on papers
The last 5 screenshots were deleted

He lied about not knowing us before approaching us

That approach he used could target military personnel, intelligence personnel, scientists, businessmen, politicians

There is no way from Black Desert to get his Steam Id.

I already warned Steam the Day I noticed the Admin privilege requirement
and there was an exploit targeting Google static delivery via DNS (now fixed)

I also warned Steam about the current incident
They didn't even talked to Pearl Abyss or gave me the steam ID
or take the incident seriously

Steam helped Russia in 2017
They are doing it again
This need to stop
They are peoples NATO citizen in serious danger

Spy craft is not the only issue

Cult 764 has been targeting kids ad vulnerable peoples through video games
Luring them to Discord and Telegram
It resulted in death

Game companies need to step up
Profits are great
So it's not like they will get bankrupt from being safe.

While I agree that the industry needs a better solution to anti-cheat than forcing raised privileges on the PC, you completed that proposal by the end of your 3rd sentence. The rest of your OP just waters down the point with conjecture and hyperbole, effectively nullifying any substance you originally offered. And then you didn't provide any solution other than "step up".

What's Steam role in all of this? Afterall, it is a suggestion forum for Steam.

all platforms together got enough data to track bad guys

The least steam should tell me, if they don't want to do the search themselves,

The hacker was able to take over steam.
Use it to do exfiltration from my computer.
I did the forensic.

steam was used to download hacking tools and exfiltrate data.

That is why in 2017 I asked Steam to implement solutions
- Remove the need for admin pivileges (It solved lots of issues)
-Implement those number IDs and display names we use today
-This mean your real signin name and email are no longer visible

I also asked for the privacy feature
Those "blacked accounts" was my idea
