a setting through which you can set a minimum level, and those who have below that level cannot comment on your steam profile. so that you can leave your profile public but not be spammed by bots that most of the time have lvl 0-10

Most of the time, proper bots scour your inventory before attempting to make contact with your account. If you have your "wealthy" inventory public, that is usually a cause of bots showing up with the intent of scamming. If you don't have an interest in trading, I would hide the inventory to friends only, and you may notice a reduction in bot activity. Keeping the rest of your profile public is usually fine from my own experience.

Meanwhile, I can see you are also a member of groups like "Rep 4 Rep", CSGO trading groups, probably a few groups related to e-sports if I hazard a guess, which is another method that bots use to pick their target. Leaving those popular groups also helps to cut down on bots trying to contact your account.

Keep in mind, private accounts show up as level 0 at all times, and there is usually no correlation to profile levels and legitimacy. Any profile, no matter how many levels it has, can be compromised.

You can already set your profile comments to "friends only".

Friends only is already an option in privacy settings
