install multiple games at once, not just move

Bought another external SSD for storage, my previous one was lost in an incident. I know i can move multiple games at once from the download settings, but then im just going to have to reinstall them again for the computer once moved.. So i have to click each game one by one to install and every time i do, the next game is going to interrupt the current game download. Its the same thing for updates and i feel its quite inconvenient.

if i could select more than one game at once and install each one in order, just like the move option. it would be alot better

Shift click or ctrl click work with steam.

Click on the first game you want to install, then go down to the last one you want to install, hit shift and then click on it. It will highlight all the ones in between.

Or

Click on the first game you want to install, then press and hold ctrl and click on each one you want to install.


Once you have highlighted all the ones you want to install, right click on 1 and hit install... It will install all of them.
