Report a translation problem
1.) No one would probably do this. Why pay about $5 for a game that'll go to someone I probably don't know (they could also have about 200+ games), when I could donate $5 to people in real life who need money? Also keep in mind that there's about 100+ free-to-play games on Steam.
2.) It wouldn't be fair in most situations since the games would be random (that's the idea of Secret Santa). I'll give someone a game like Skyrim and in return, someone might give me a game like Bad Rats.
3.) In response to #2, I could make about 20 accounts and increase my chance of receiving an amazing game.
It's too much to sort out, it could be abused, and honestly, no one would probably do it.
