BUT it cannot protect you from hackers that use the same access point

if you really want to play dota, play dota 1 (via battle.net if you reedemed your CD-key at blizzard site) you can easily modify the custom key boards
just google DotA 1 custom keyboard shortcut/custom keys and it will find you a custom key generator
in soveit russia many people play dota 1 since it's not a big security risk, no one can really figure your password and you can play on many third party services

You dont need steam to delete your games , you can do it from outside steam.
Steam is a fancy interface.
