[Suggestion] Add some freeware games

I think it would be good to have some freeware games on steam, such as battle for wesnoth, freeciv, freecol and warmux. It would be good for people new to steam since many of these games are very good, and it would also mean more games for linux since most freeware games are on linux.

If you want to have a game on Steam, it's the devs who must go see Valve.
So, if you want freeware on Steam, you'd be better asking any single dev' you want to put it on greenlight. Let it be voted, and you're done.
