Double click to open Friends List - removed

The option to double click the steam icon in the system tray and have it open the friends list has been removed. This was a long standing feature of Steam for years and only recently in the latest update was removed. I can only assume this was to drive interaction with the storefront.

Please add this option back into the interface.

No, that it not why as I am not defaulted to the store. Ive been defaulted to the library page since the feature existed, which has been always as I recall.
