Users marking games. Yes, please!
I requested this years ago. You guys replied with interest in the idea. So, I wanted to bring it up again.

Can you add ways to mark games with small icons of color or imagery designated by the user?

For example, right now, the only way to tell if I beat a game is to either put it in a folder called "beat games" or if I 100% all achievements:
I can look on my Profile
Select the "games" link
Then select the "Perfect Games" tab.

I love gaming but I have no interest in completing all achievements for all games played. Also, dumping beat games in a beat games folder is boring and does not help me quickly identify my past interactions with each game.

If we could mark games ourselves with identifiers that would be great!

In your settings module, you guys call them "Library user interface elements". The images used to represent our games in our library. (Some people call them Cart Art or Box Art.) If we could tick them somehow with identifiers to represent the interactions we have had with each game, it would be glorious.

Some examples: Maybe we could outline the boxed image with a grey outline to identify games that are unplayed; Maybe it could be a blue outline for the games we have designated as beaten; A gold outline for games with 100% achievements; A red outline for game we started but did not finish; Maybe put an image of a heart in the upper right hand corner to represent the games we love; Maybe put the image of something broken on games to which we are waiting for patches; Maybe someone wants an image in the lower left hand corner to represent a game that is currently installed and ready to play.

Please, oh please do this for us. You can make it an option, so people who do not like the idea can decline. I would beg you, but I do not know how to beg in a forum. Have a great day!

I do not understand what you mean. Can you explain? I have tried the notes feature, and I think it is nice, but I do not see how it could be utilized to identify the details I mentioned above at a glance. The whole idea is to look at your Library and at a glance quickly identify games you have marked as beaten, unplayed, unfinished, etc.
