You can still access all the soundtracks in the Steam library in the overlay in big picture mode.
For those worried they've lost their unlisted soundtracks, you can find them in their game's local files, usually marked music or OST.
So you can copy them and use a music player.
Not ideal, but at least you do still have your stuff.
Settings > In Game > Toolbar Preferences > Soundtrack Player

(Strange how that's the one and only thing there that's turned off by default...)
(Because anything else is usually located in a title's installation folder, or somewhere else on your drive if they are not found in the library, (which is also stored on your drive, but that's beside the point.))
I believe certain soundtracks were not published under the pretence of being played through Steam's music player. As it stands, we would have to contact the publisher about it, because they reserve the right to choose how they publish their content. (At least, if that is the actual case, because I do not know.)
