Bring Games from the 70s and 80s to Steam

Any game must have a publisher who seeks Valve to put it on their store. If there is none, tough luck, as Valve won't add them.
Nothing stops you from convincing a publisher of a similar game (clones of old games are common) to put it on Steam.
