Steam support cannot remove any bans.
Would be easier to just revoke social capabilities for rampant repeat abusers.

Freedom of Speech only stops the GOVERNMENT from censoring you.
Businesses are well within their rights to censor you.
Its fun when people actively show they are not actually interested in free speech but in fact want to be free from repercussions from their actions.
That is why Valve doesn't typically get involved.
Follow the rules of the hub, stay on topic about the game itself, or chance temporary or permanent removal. Simple concept.
And thankfully, they can.
