hi i wil sugest that steam shuld punish the clasament developers who cannot manage they own games and comunity , i talk specificaly about hakers , you shuld make developers intrested in secure games becous i can say steam is by far the biggest platform for games , and u Steam comunity shuld respect your selfs a bit . some games like cs2 and dead by daylight are unplayable becouse are rulled by hakers . we all know that , and how much are this afected , i will suggest an clasament whit games based on the votes of steam comunity players from they experience in the game , and whit this i hope devs are gonna be moore intrested in securing they own games , sry for my enghlish , i do not give a fk :)

Make Valve punish themselves for not being able to make the perfect anti-cheat that doesn't exist?

Valve is not going to punish devs because their game has cheaters in it. There is NO such thing as a perfect anti-cheat and never will be, and both the devs and Valve know this.

Even Valve's own games have cheaters... CS2, DOTA 2.....
